Tepi Sawah Villas Ubud is located on the southeast part of Ubud village which is well known as a center of Balinese art and culture. It takes about 45 minutes drive from Bali International Airport to reach the Tepi Sawah Villas Ubud. Its only 5 minutes drive to the center of the Ubud village.
Tepi Sawah Villas is devided into six villas categories, they are Batuan villa, Taman villa, Padang Tegal villa, Peliatan villa, Ubud villa, and Campuhan villa. All villas are set in Balinese-style thatched-roof villas overlooking verdant rice terraces, decorated with selected paintings and artifacts by Ubud's famous artists. Combined with modern facilities the indoor bathroom and outdoor shower blend seamlessly with exotic tropical landscape.
All rooms of Batuan villa feature a traditional Balinese gate entrance for your privacy with views over the adjacent rice paddy and towards the most revered Agung Mountain, home to the mother temple of Bali, Besakih Temple. Villa room layouts available include twin beds on the first floor and king size beds on the second floor, each room is spacious 47 sq metres. All villa rooms feature a private verandah, romantic mosquito nets covering the beds for the double bed one, bathroom with bath tub and shower with hot and cold water, plus views to the rice paddy also available whilst you are bathing. At night time the sounds of nature will lull you to sleep, guarateeing a truly restful night.
The modern minimalist style villa of Taman villa is decorated with local balinese artworks and features a Hollywood twin which can be made up either as a twin or double bed depending upon your request. Each villa room is a generous 72 M2 and features a private verandah, bath room with bath tub, hot and cold water. In addition the Taman villa features a studio office area suitable for those who need to stay connected or requite extra storage areas. internet access is provided.
The private rooms of Padang Tegal villa feature a traditional Balinese gate entrance with views over the rice fields and swimming pool. Each villa room is a generous 81 M2 and comes with a private verandah, bath room with bath tub, hot and cold water. In addition the Padag Tegal villa features a studio office area suitable for those who need to stay connected or require extra storage areas. Internet access is provided.
Peliatan villa features a traditional Balinese Gate entrance and private balcony with views over the adjacent rice fields. This generously proportioned 106 M2 first floor room features a king size bed complete with a romantic mosquito net. A highlight of this villa room is the outdoor bath room, the shower set amongst the tropical plants adjacent to the bath tub large enough for two peoples. There is also a private pond adjacent to the bed room.

Campuhan villa is a private villa with rice paddy view available for King size bed at first floor using mosquito net with size of the room 179 M2. Balinese style villa with bamboo roof, all carved and painted by Prada Bali. Living room, dining pavilion and a kitchenette, tropical open air shower with big bath tub, hot and cold water, and also DVD player. At night the sound of nature will lull you to sleep, guaranteeing a truly restful night
